📦 Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
  • During peak periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.
  • All items undergo thorough quality checks before shipment to ensure the highest standards.

🌍 Shipping Times

  • Standard International Shipping: Estimated 7–12 business days after dispatch.
  • U.S. orders are shipped via USPS.
  • In some cases, customs or local delivery services may cause minor delays.

💎 Our Guarantee:
If your order has not arrived within 21 days (3 weeks) from the date it was shipped, we’ll take full responsibility the item is on us.


🛒 Pre-Orders & Backorders

If your order includes a pre-order or back-ordered item:

  • We’ll ship available items right away.
  • Remaining items will follow as soon as they’re back in stock — no extra shipping charge.

🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email and/or text (if a phone number was provided).
Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear. You can follow your order anytime via our Tracking Page.


📬 Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
If you've entered the wrong address, contact us right away at info@elanluxebos.com.
We’ll do our best to update it before your package leaves our warehouse. However, once shipped, we cannot redirect it.
