🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges.
To avoid any issues, please double-check all product details and size charts before completing your purchase.


Order Cancellations

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.
Please note that cancellation is not guaranteed, as our fulfillment team processes orders quickly.

To request a cancellation, email us at info@elanluxebos.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to cancel it.


💸 Refunds

Refunds are available only if:

  • You received the wrong item, size, or color
  • The product is unused and in its original condition
  • You contact us within 5 days of receiving your order

If eligible, we will reship the correct item at no extra cost.

  • Your order number
  • A photo or video of the item
  • A short description of the issue

🚫 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted if:

The order shows as delivered via tracking, but the customer claims it was not received
(We cannot be held responsible for package theft or incorrect delivery addresses)
